Claims for purchased tickets when when the event is cancelled or rescheduled
Tickets already purchased may be used without changes for the new date or they may be refunded when the performance or event is cancelled or moved forward due to the corona situation or for other reasons.
You can apply for a refund of the ticket price within about one month of the performance date via this link.
Tickets may also be returned by land mail together with your contact details and an account number to the following address:

Only the ticket price of purchased tickets are reimbursed (delivery costs and service charges are not reimbursed).There may be a delay in reimbursement due to the large number of reimbursement requests.
Kanneltalo Ticket Desk
Tickets to events at Kanneltalo can be purchased from the Kannelmäki Ticket Desk. Tickets are available for purchase on Wednesdays from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. as well as one hour before each show with ticket sales. The Ticket Desk only sells tickets to events organised at Kanneltalo and other Cultural centres of the City of Helsinki. Accepted payment methods include bank and credit cards as well as culture and sports vouchers (cash is not accepted).
